The agreement between Taptime and the organisation that subscribes: what is provided, what it costs, and how either side ends it.

  3. The exact wording of the founding offer — the free period and the price lock — and the conditions attached to it.
  4. Notice period and what happens to recorded data after an account ends.
  5. Any service commitment that is actually being made, or an explicit statement that none is.
